Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the CricAura Android app and the website and web app at cricaura.xyz (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Players under 18 should use the Service with a parent or guardian's consent.

2. Content you add

You keep ownership of the information you add, such as team names, player details, scores, commentary and photos. You give CricAura permission to store, display and publish it as part of the Service, including on public scorecard, tournament, team and player pages that may appear in search engines. Only add people to teams or matches when you have a genuine reason to, and only add information you are allowed to share.

3. Live streaming

You are responsible for what you broadcast. Only stream matches you have permission to film, and follow YouTube's terms and community guidelines. Streams on CricAura's own YouTube channel may be ended or removed if they break these terms or YouTube's rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
• Don't deliberately enter false scores or tamper with other people's matches.
• Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Don't scrape the Service in bulk or resell its data.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.

5. Payments

Some events may charge a registration fee, collected through our payment partner Cashfree. The organiser of that event sets the fee and its refund terms.

6. The Service

CricAura is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and statistics are only as accurate as the scoring entered. We may change, add or remove features over time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CricAura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including lost data, missed broadcasts or disputes over results.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
